Consultation and workflow-check enquiries

When you choose to submit a workflow brief, Xiao Work receives the workflow description, the name, role or company you provide, and your reply email. We use this information only to respond to the enquiry and arrange the requested workflow check.

Retention and access

Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months, then removed unless a continuing engagement requires a longer record. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing the address shown on the site. We respond to deletion requests within 15 working days.

What we do not collect

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, identity documents, confidential customer material or special-category personal information through this form. The form is not a secure file-transfer channel.
